Reservation Policies

We do require a minimum two night stay at certain time and holidays during the year. Please check with us, as reservation arrangements may permit us to be more flexible on weekends.

Reservation Deposits/Cancellation
Room will be reserved with one night deposit, at time of booking. All reservations must be confirmed with a major credit card. Cash payments are accepted upon arrival.

Because we are such a small B & B cancellations greatly affect our business. We require a 14 day notice of cancellation and on some holidays or weekends we may require a 30 day notice. Cancellations meeting our requirements will receive a full refund. If you cancel within the required 14/30 days, you will be responsible for any nights we are unable to rebook.

No shows will be charged for all nights reserved and taxes.

To Cancel please call (509) 888-4000. Email is not accepted.

Check in is between 3-6pm. We ask that you make arrangements with us, if you are going to arrive after 6pm.

Check out is by 11:00am.

B & B Policies

Chelan House is a smoke free bed and breakfast; please do not smoke on the premises. For Safety & liability reasons candles are not permitted.

Accommodations are for one or two adults. We do have a dog at the B & B and no additional pets are allowed. We can help you locate a pet house if needed.
